Choose from six sushi party trays (A to F), hibachi chicken, Angus steak, vegetable, fried rice and noodle trays, edamame and gyoza trays, plus sweet potato and assorted veggie roll tray specials.

How many people does a party tray serve?
Estimates, at about 6 to 8 pieces of sushi per guest: Party A and the Sweet Potato Roll tray serve about 5 to 6; the Assorted Veggie Roll tray about 5 to 7; Party C about 6 to 8; Party D, E and F about 8 to 10; Party B about 9 to 11. Hibachi chicken, steak and vegetable trays serve about 8 to 10 as a main dish, fried rice and noodle trays about 10 to 12 as a side, and the 30-piece gyoza tray about 8 to 10.
